Sala Projects is a gallery concept conceived of by Manuela Mozo and William Eric Brown. They have been friends for decades and have regularly crossed paths professionally. Manuela has a long career as a New York-based art dealer, advisor, and art fair director. Eric is an artist, former studio director, and artist liaison. In 2020, work and personal life were seriously interrupted. In the middle of this disorder, conventional gallery models and art world structures were also being challenged.

As a result, the Sala Projects team saw an opportunity to leverage their backgrounds, skills, and networks to establish a platform for exceptional, underrepresented artists. Sala Projects, presents a flexible itinerant exhibition program.
